Role Overview

The Creative Storytelling Alchemist is responsible for crafting and directing the narrative voice of Maison de Stoi across all platforms. This role transforms couture collections, brand moments, and client experiences into compelling stories that embody luxury, emotion, and artistic vision. Through a blend of creativity and strategy, the Alchemist turns concepts into immersive narratives—ensuring that every visual, caption, and campaign reflects the essence of the Maison de Stoi.

Fashion, Interior, & Textile Designer, Trend Forecaster & Design Executor

Key Responsibilities
✧ Brand Narrative Development

  • Develop and maintain Maison de Stoi’s storytelling voice across all brands (Le Cœur d’Ella, The Androgynous Soul, Luxe & Maverick, Stoi’s Luxury Living)

  • Translate collections, designs, and interiors into cohesive narratives that evoke emotion, exclusivity, and desire

  • Write high-end, editorial-level copy for campaigns, website, press releases, and brand features

✧ Content Direction & Creative Oversight

  • Conceptualize and direct storytelling themes for photoshoots, runway shows, and campaigns

  • Collaborate with the Visual Director, Stylists, and Creative Team to ensure alignment in messaging and aesthetic

  • Oversee captions, messaging, and storytelling across all digital and social platforms

✧ Campaign & Collection Storytelling

  • Build full storytelling concepts for each collection launch (naming, inspiration, mood, and narrative)

  • Create immersive brand experiences through written and visual storytelling for events such as Jour de la Mode and Nacht der Mode

  • Ensure every design released carries a narrative that enhances its value, meaning, and desirability

✧ Client Experience Storytelling

  • Elevate The Atelier Experience through personalized storytelling tailored to each client

  • Assist in crafting narratives for custom couture pieces, ensuring each design feels intentional and exclusive

  • Support luxury client communications with refined, on-brand language and tone

✧ Digital & Editorial Presence

  • Lead storytelling strategy across Maison de Stoi’s digital platforms and website

  • Develop blog content, newsletters, and editorial features

  • Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand identity across all channels

Qualifications

  • Strong background in fashion, luxury branding, marketing, or communications

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability with a refined, editorial tone

  • Deep understanding of couture fashion and luxury aesthetics

  • Creative direction experience is a plus

  • Ability to translate visual concepts into compelling, emotionally driven narratives
