3. Custom Design Orders

• Consultations: Clients seeking custom clothing, couture pieces, or design services can arrange an in-person or virtual consultation. Prices for custom services vary and are based on design complexity, materials, and the scope of the project.

• Deposits and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom design orders. The balance is due upon completion or delivery. Payments can be made via [specify payment methods].

5. Returns and Refunds

• Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Clients are encouraged to review all details, measurements, and design specifications before confirming their order.
